How can I store my cake upon collection?
With the good ole’ Darwin humidity and heat, it is very important that you don’t keep the cake and cupcakes outside of the refrigerator or airconed rooms any longer than 20 minutes before serving. This will cause the cake buttercream to sweat and melt. If you wish to store the cake after the occasion, I suggest to keep it in a air tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
How much notice do I need to provide to place an order?
We require a MINIMUM of 7 days notice for all orders – provided I have availability. Please ensure your orders are placed 3-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
What do I do if I need to change my order?
Any changes to an order need to be communicated immediately via email with a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery/collection date.
Do I need to provide a deposit to secure my order?
Orders exceeding a total invoice amount of $300 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation with the remaining amount required 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date.
How do I order a cake topper for my cake?
Let me know what you’re after and I can create or order your personalised cake and cupcake toppers. Additional charges apply.
